It draws inspiration from historical context, takes art as its soul, and uses life as its medium, creating a brand-new cultural and artistic landmark for Shenzhen.

CIMC Tything Art Center is located in the main strategic of Shekou International Ocean City. It occupies the prime seafront position at the first row of Taiziwan, integrating the essence of mountain and sea resources with bustling urban amenities. With forward-looking strategic vision, CIMC Group has gathered respect for the city's history and expectations for the future. It explores historical context and revitalizes industrial architecture, aiming to transform the former "industrial granary" into a future "spiritual home."

Blending mountains and seas, historical context, and art, it creates a new cultural and artistic landmark that integrates cultural headquarters, business collections, standalone commercial spaces, seaside apartments, folk museums, and industrial culture.

Space Narrates the Past, Art Envisions the Future

The landscape design takes inspiration from the Museum of Time, integrating old buildings, unique industrial elements, and artistic creativity into the design. Through deconstruction and reassembly, historical genes are engraved in contemporary design, creating visual coherence and surprise. With an artistic journey as the guiding thread, the spatial flow is connected by local cultural symbols, imaginative artworks, and pleasant garden spaces. Aesthetics are used to endow the space with delicate emotions. The design creates an infinite sense of spatial extension, evoking visitors' associations with a better future life.

The uniqueness and singularity of the style, combined with the exquisite embellishments of artworks, respond to nature in a gentle and spirited manner. This approach creates a distinctive atmosphere, making the entire landscape a cross-temporal artistic journey.
