Yuanshan Cultural & Sports Center is a landmark project located in the heart of Yuanshan Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, covering a total land area of 17,047㎡ with a floor area of 27,863㎡. The architectural design features a striking dual-tower skyline, where the 13-story South Tower unfolds like an open scroll, embodying the essence of culture with a library and cultural center, while the 7-story North Tower, dynamic like a rhythmic melody, celebrates the energy of sports with facilities including a table tennis hall, badminton hall, basketball hall, and swimming pool. Together, they form a multidimensional “urban living room” that harmonizes culture and athletics. Inspired by the concept of “paper,” the South Tower integrates elements of scrolls, origami, letters, and book pages, creating an immersive literary atmosphere that evokes the charm of knowledge and heritage. In contrast, the North Tower draws inspiration from Yuanshan’s unique natural landscape, incorporating thematic colors such as "lake blue," "passionate red," "forest green," and "sunlight orange" to infuse each sports venue with a vibrant connection to nature. This interplay of cultural depth and athletic vitality not only redefines the spatial experience but also establishes a dynamic urban hub that fosters both intellectual and physical well-being.
