Faced with market challenges such as the sluggish growth of top-tier customer groups and insufficient penetration of mid-tier customer groups, the project proposes an experience model of “scene creation + emotional empowerment + brand flash mob”, thereby creating Nanning’s first immersive French-themed garden - WANDER LAND Garden Realm.

From a design perspective, it takes local floral elements in Nanning as the source of creativity and skillfully blends the classic style of French manor architecture. In the process of space construction, it meticulously creates landmark elements such as floral arches and classical colonnades, and with the help of immersive light and shadow technology, it creates a social space that is both artistically appealing and relaxing. Through these detailed scene designs, the emotional value of commercial space is redefined, thereby attracting consumers of all ages to check in and experience, achieving deep interaction between commercial space and mass life.

On the commercial logic level, it is pioneering to introduce the strategy of “lightweight scene dressing + node special activities” and combine it with the form of multi-period pop-up stores. This model deeply integrates niche brands with the garden theme scene, enabling consumers to feel a new experience at different time nodes, so as to maintain a sense of freshness within half a year and continuously attract new customer groups. The project not only further consolidates its position as a “city business trend leader”, but also constructs an example of the transformation of commercial space from the traditional passive consumption model to the active experience model, laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent innovative iteration of urban level theme scenes.
