Luxe TitanTech

Inspired by the owner’s background in the tech industry and his affinity for metallic materials and a futuristic atmosphere, the design team drew from the inherent resilience and forward-looking character of metal, blending it with elegant, luxurious aesthetics to create a space that balances functionality with warmth. Premium materials such as metal, stone, and wood veneer intertwine throughout the design, culminating in the creation of “Luxe TitanTech”—a style that exudes both tension and technological sophistication.



Luxe TitanTech is centered on a metallic texture and a tech-inspired ambiance. Titanium-plated metals and mirror surfaces deliver an avant-garde visual effect, while a neutral color palette, accentuated by clean lines and layered details, highlights a stylish, modern aesthetic. At the entrance garage, sensor-activated linear lighting creates a ceremonial welcome, ensuring convenient parking and smooth circulation. In the social area, the interplay of metal and stone, enhanced by soft lighting and selective paint finishes, achieves a perfect fusion of cool materials with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living room and the island serve as the hub, where a spacious loop-like circulation encourages family interaction, ultimately crafting a uniquely refined lifestyle space for the family.
