Starting from the local residential culture, it creates layers of progressive courtyards, integrating Chinese millennium etiquette into it. The residential space is divided into "front city and back scenery, five courtyards", and the spatial scene is created with a progressive courtyard layout, presenting the charm of the mansion and the Oriental poetic environment of the Shengjing Garden.

The ceremonial forecourt's symmetrical axial layout and grand sloping eaves embody Shengjing's architectural legacy, while ancient trees integrated with structures create serene, nature-infused spaces. Landscapes feature arched bridges, streams, and the relocated 200-year-old Qingyun Pavilion, framed by seasonal colors. At its core, the Purple Blossom Science Park blends spring blooms with eco-education. This design synthesizes cultural heritage, historical preservation, and ecological wisdom into an elegant山水 tapestry, transforming tradition into a modern sanctuary where architecture, history, and nature harmonize.
