The brand innovatively applies chitosan to children’s intimate garments, especially the gusset of underpants, aiming to offer a more hygienic and healthier wearing solution.
Chitosan is a deacetylated derivative of chitin and can be obtained from the shells of shrimp, crabs, and other crustaceans or the cell walls of some fungi. Known as a green material for its biodegradability and biocompatibility, it is widely used in fields such as medicine, food industry, and cosmetics. The brand introduces the material into textile fabric, leveraging its natural antibacterial and deodorizing properties to effectively inhibit microbial growth and reduce unpleasant odors for improved hygiene. Moreover, chitosan with exceptional skin compatibility is a hypoallergenic and non-irritating skincare ingredient—safe even for sensitive or compromised skin. Unlike synthetic chemical fibers, the material is more suitable for children’s tender skin.
To further enhance the overall quality of the finished fabric, the brand employs an advanced spinning process. The process combines the advantages of combing, compact spinning, and sirospun techniques, resulting in a 36-gauge fabric (170g/m2) with a soft, smooth touch, a clear, delicate texture, good drape, and excellent dye affinity—making it an ideal choice for children’s underwear.
