GOLORY OF THRONES YIXIN

The project is located in the Yixin Lake area of Tianfu New District, southern Chengdu, leveraging rare lake-view resources to create a flagship lakeside residence integrating ecology, aesthetics, and culture.
The community landscape is structured around five core courtyards: the Front Drop-off Zone, Emerald Lake Courtyard, Lakeside Clubhouse, Meditation Garden, and Forest Treehouse. A network of covered walkways runs throughout, forming a dynamic yet orderly spatial framework with distinct layers.
The landscape’s value is embodied in five key scenes: 1) The hotel-style entrance drop-off zone, with a meticulously symmetrical layout, creates a ceremonial ambiance, where side landscape walls guide the gaze toward a central water feature, initiating a luxurious homecoming prelude. 2) The Emerald Lake Courtyard, pure as an art gallery, employs a minimalist composition of one lake, one tree, one moon, and one wall, embodying the Eastern aesthetic philosophy of “less is more.” 3) The Lakeside Garden upholds natural textures with geometric order, blending rationality and poetry to deliver a relaxed, resort-like experience. 4) The Meditation Garden integrates four micro-spaces, Seasonal Light, Natural Living Room, Forest of Imagination, and Meditation Water Court, inspired by Stanford University’s meditation center prototype, crafting a spiritual haven for healing. 5) The Forest Treehouse transforms into a children’s playground, sparking uninhibited joy and serving as a vibrant node for family interaction. The covered walkway system, as the core of the homecoming path, frames scenery within defined vistas, making every walk an immersive landscape journey.
The design is rooted in natural materials, grounded in cultural heritage, and centered on experiential quality, creating visual beauty while fostering a sustainable, heartfelt lifestyle, truly elevating “residing” to “living” and ushering in a new era of landscape design for the Yixin Lake project.
