Located in Midtown Manhattan, Grand Central Station is a historic landmark that carries over a century of culture and memories. Despite the passage of time, this building still radiates unique charm. Our project aims to preserve and repurpose Grand Central Station, giving it new life while activating the station and its surrounding area.

The core goal of the project is to preserve the historical features of Grand Central Station, maintaining its architectural details and cultural value. On this foundation, we will introduce modern facilities to enhance the station's functionality, adding cultural exhibits, art spaces, and commercial facilities, allowing this historic building to once again become a part of daily life.

Additionally, a new structure will be added above the existing building, creating a vertical connection between the new construction and the station below. This addition will seamlessly integrate with the station's architecture, offering modern spaces while preserving the original historical significance of the station.

At the same time, the project will activate the surrounding area through the design of multifunctional public spaces, encouraging interaction among citizens and visitors and promoting community prosperity. We will also focus on environmental sustainability by using green building technologies to ensure that the project both preserves history and meets modern environmental standards.

Through this project, Grand Central Station will not only remain a transportation hub but will also become a center for culture and social interaction, connecting the past with the future, driving regional development, and giving historical architecture new value and meaning.
