The reason for selecting this venue is due to its convenient parking conditions and a tranquil, comfortable environment. More importantly, it offers the design space we require. The 5-meter ceiling height allows us to create a visual effect that better reflects our studio's positioning and design philosophy. The entire space is partitioned with a layout that transitions smoothly from the entrance, elevates at the hall, and then descends into the office area and material sample zone, which are built in layers. This creates an open view and a comprehensive layout with fully-equipped functional areas.
In the construction of the space's hard decor, we have once again opted for a straightforward and minimalist approach, with a predominantly dark color scheme to foster a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Considerable thought has been invested in the soft furnishings, with the entire venue adorned in furniture and wall art from the SO Soft Furnishings line, custom-made in Guangdong by our group. The furniture features extensive use of light tones to contrast with the dark space, while vibrant small pieces of furniture and artwork are strategically placed to enhance the color gradation and saturation of the area.
The constructed office area also features an independent water bar zone, where the use of the naturally translucent luxury stone "Snowy Fox" adds a touch of modernity and opulence to the minimalist space. The integrated translucent bar backdrop and the custom-designed central island counter exude a unique aesthetic charm.

The material sample selection area is located upstairs, connected by a custom-made spiral staircase of pure steel plate. The matte automotive paint in a vibrant red hue, chosen after much deliberation and refinement, stands out as another highlight within the entire space.
