Modern Luxury Titanium-coated Residence

This project redefines modern luxury with a warm, human touch, moving away from the typical large-scale residence. It combines materials like cool-toned faux titanium finishes, textured artistic wall coatings, iron’s structural appeal, glass’s lightness, and wood grain’s natural elegance to create a visually striking yet refined space.

The color scheme centers on gray tones for a modern, composed feel, with warm wood accents softening the atmosphere for a balance of calm and comfort. Carefully chosen furnishings in suede and leather add sophistication throughout.

To address the feng shui issue of a "through corridor" layout common in larger homes, the designer incorporates a screen with the TV wall. This breaks the direct line of sight, enhances spatial depth, and creates an inviting entry. The study includes sliding glass doors for flexible zoning, adapting to varied modern living needs.

The project uses innovative, eco-friendly materials like faux titanium and artistic coatings.
