PiLa PiLa Sharpener

Inspired by the moment when a blade slices through fruit, the designer deconstructed the fluid form of fruit into a geometric dialogue between a conical triangle and a sphere. Guided by Bauhaus’ core principle “form follows function,” the result is an artistic knife sharpener that marries sculptural aesthetics with practical utility.
The exterior is coated with a nano graphene antibacterial layer with a 99.9% antimicrobial rate, effectively suppressing common pathogens in daily life. Paired with a tungsten carbide sharpening module, it meets the demands of sharpening various kitchen knives, redefining “industrial design elegance” by ensuring that sharpness is grounded in absolute cleanliness.
