The participating piece, the Mermaid Sapphire Necklace, is primarily crafted from 18K white gold, exquisitely complemented with a 4.03ct矢车菊蓝宝石, shells and pearls, and 365 natural diamonds for the setting, making it dazzling and eye-catching.

The design inspiration comes from Stephen Chow's classic movie "Mermaid." The mermaid, an enigmatic and elusive creature, has never been truly seen by anyone. When creating this necklace, I have materialized my own beautiful imagination of the mermaid. It is not just a piece of jewelry, but also a silent call for marine ecological protection.

The ocean, the cradle of life, is facing numerous threats. I hope this piece can arouse more people's attention to and awareness of marine ecological protection. Each gemstone is like a sprite from the ocean, telling stories and mysteries of the sea. I believe that this work, which integrates art and the concept of environmental protection, will surely add a unique luster to this competition.
