The project centers around "Neo-Chinese Oriental Aesthetics", integrating traditional cultural symbols with modern design language to craft a unique Eastern courtyard aesthetic space.

Inspired by the traditional Chinese zodiac sign "Snake" and combined with its image depicted in the Classic of Mountains and Seas (Shan Hai Jing), the courtyard incorporates a character 福(blessing)-shaped main art installation in the form of a snake swallowing coins, reinventing traditional cultural elements. Surrounding the courtyard are elegant traditional pavilions, terraces, and towers, while the central garden area recreates an Eastern ambiance through winding paths and layered landscapes. The overall courtyard features an interplay of red and gold, unfolding a painting of a festive Chinese New Year scene.

By introducing a "pop-up box" concept to the commercial space, this project seamlessly connects the outdoor natural Eastern courtyard with the city's luxury mall. The project creates an atmosphere that aligns with the images of tenanted brands, further exploring the depth of Eastern cultural heritage. The reshaped social scenes of the mall, along with the enclosed Eastern courtyard layout, provide citizens with an immersive space for social interaction.

The project's art installations are placed near naturally lit areas for daylighting, reducing the need for artificial lighting. Lightweight structures and shells made from recycled plastic panels minimize environmental impact. Moreover, the courtyard and blocks are sustainable spaces that can be repurposed, and the installations are recyclable for secondary use, adhering to the principles of sustainable development.
