Integrating advanced bionic research, fluid dynamics, and algorithms, this revolutionary design pushes running shoe performance boundaries. It offers runners a professional-grade experience with a futuristic feel and expanded adaptability.
The lattice materials are 3D printed onto the force-flow carbon fiber boards, balancing lightweight elasticity and rigid toughness, improving rebound by over 8%. Inspired by the micro-unit structure of the mantis shrimp claws, known for maintaining integrity under high-speed, high-temperature impacts, the design leverages its lattice architecture combined with AI-accelerated FEA and adversarial algorithms for optimization, to achieve a 20% improvement in shock absorption.
The upper features a hydrophobic, nano-scale layer (lotus effect) for waterproof and self-cleaning properties, paired with ultra-lightweight, high-strength AT-FIBER yarn for excellent lockdown and support. The carbon plate uses aerospace-grade multi-axial woven carbon fiber (similar to materials in Boeing 787/F-22) for multi-directional rigidity and toughness.
