Against the backdrop of rapid development in the new energy vehicle industry, consumers increasingly demand charging piles with enhanced user experience and aesthetic appeal. Considering severe homogenization, poor interaction, and inefficient space utilization common in its traditional counterparts, this charging pile draws inspiration from the minimalism of modern high-tech products and the linear geometry of futuristic architecture to redefine the visual form and spatial value of public charging infrastructure.
The product adopts a refined, sleek silhouette with bold, unique lines, rejecting frills to emphasize aesthetics of purity and futurism. Meanwhile, the rigorously proportioned functional zones ensure clear division and visual harmony of the core area (status display, operation interface, and charging port), achieving a unity of form and function. The charging pile innovatively employs the IML (In-Mold Labeling) process for customized textures and colors on targeted surfaces, creating a cohesive yet distinctive design language to accommodate various vehicle models. Leveraging the light-transmitting property of the process, the product boasts a unique short-pulse flowing lighting system: the primary and secondary lights interact on the light-transmitting area to clearly convey the operational status. Such a design not only injects the static, minimalist form with a dynamic, approachable touch and a sense of technology, but also makes the charging pile highly recognizable during nighttime, significantly improving both user interaction and brand recognition. In addition, the IML process eliminates the need for painting, aligning well with eco-friendly principles. Its combination with the front housing featuring two independent modules reduces the product’s production and maintenance costs, delivering a sustainable solution for urban new energy infrastructure construction.
