AMLI MidTown Miami

AMLI MidTown Miami is a vibrant new community spanning 3 city blocks, it is designed to embrace the core principles of New Urbanism and Smart Growth. This infill development project replaced a blighted industrial site with a residential community that melds into the surrounding urban fabric. The 6.6-acre site is located in the City of Miami, Florida; this pedestrian friendly project accommodates over 700 apartments in 3 separate mid-rise buildings. The buildings are connected via flyover pedestrian bridges creating a multi layered and inter-connected ecosystem of gardens, open spaces and recreational amenities.
