This project focuses on the comprehensive planning of a commercial office space tailored for a dynamic clothing brand. The team embarked on this initiative by strategically reconfiguring the space and integrating various functions to effectively address the client's diverse operational needs, which encompass office work, product development, warehousing, and live streaming activities. Initially, the team removed the outdated lightweight steel ceiling structure while skillfully preserving the existing concrete floor. This step was crucial in establishing a solid foundation for the transformation ahead. Subsequently, the design team introduced a reorganized layout that seamlessly incorporated linear lighting, resulting in a bright and inviting office environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. Moreover, the project included significant functional enhancements, such as the implementation of efficient storage solutions, the selection of ergonomic furniture, and the installation of flexible partitioning. These improvements not only elevated the comfort and convenience of the workspace but also substantially increased overall operational efficiency. In summary, this reimagined office space is designed to foster productivity while accommodating the multifaceted nature of the clothing brand's operations.
The entrance boasts a thoughtfully designed two-stage layout that gracefully transitions from the outdoor environment to the welcoming interior, creating an inviting sense of expanding space. At the heart of this design is the main work area, which is centrally located and features an innovative lighting plan. Line lights are installed at uniform heights to provide even illumination, effectively addressing the common challenge of uneven light distribution often found with recessed lighting in areas with varying floor heights. This meticulous attention to lighting not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also ensures visual comfort for all users. Furthermore, to optimize workflow and efficiency, the team has developed a circular circulation route that seamlessly connects the live streaming studio, storage room, and pattern-making area. This strategic layout facilitates an uninterrupted operational flow, allowing for smooth transitions between different tasks and areas. On the other hand, the elegantly crafted wooden island counter boasts ergonomic height settings, specifically designed to enhance comfort during cutting and pattern-making tasks.
