Selected natural oak (oak) substrate, through the innovative seamless three-layer structure, combined with the brand's patented well-density technology, embedded natural moso bamboo layer, to achieve the ultimate stability of the product anti-deformation. The product production has gone through ten traditional handmade crafts, including hand-drawing, traditional push planing, edge engraving, water-based dipping and dyeing, etc., and each step is the embodiment of China's exquisite handicrafts.
The surface treatment adopts healthy water paint process, in a constant temperature and humidity environment, the logs have been dipped and quenched for 48 hours and physically cured to ensure stable color and fine natural texture. Surface luster such as ancient porcelain like warm, touch like satin like delicate, more hidden amber-like translucent level. The amber-colored halo flowing in the wood grain texture can be seen in close-up, while the dynamic texture of undulating sand dunes can be seen from afar, forming the visual tension of “static with movement”.
The products have reached ENF level environmental protection standard (formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.025mg/m³), which is the highest level of formaldehyde emission certification for China's wood-based panel products, conveying the concept of “ecological living” to the world.
