Drunk Elephant: Where Skincare Meets Playful Spirit
Born in the U.S., Drunk Elephant is a skincare brand with a whimsical soul. Its name comes from a delightful phenomenon: elephants adore eating marula fruit from Africa’s "Tree of Life." When these fruits ferment on the ground, elephants enjoy them so much they appear playfully "tipsy"—dancing with joy, just like the brand’s vibrant energy.
In 2024, Drunk Elephant joins the Shiseido family and makes its grand entrance into China—coinciding with the Year of the Dragon, a symbol of power and good fortune.
To celebrate this milestone, we’ve created an immersive installation at Shiseido China’s headquarters, blending the brand’s playful spirit with the magic of Lunar New Year traditions.
"Dragon Dance, Elephant Joy"
This artwork reimagines the dynamic Chinese dragon dance, symbolizing prosperity, alongside Drunk Elephant’s cheerful essence—a fusion of heritage and modern delight.
Join the Festivity!
As we step into the Year of the Dragon, Drunk Elephant wishes you:
Health · Happiness · Abundance
Share your New Year dreams on our Wishing Wall—let’s welcome this auspicious season together!
