To meet the demand of modern users for unique, high-quality living spaces, this project ingeniously marries European architectural traditions with Eastern life aesthetics, creating a residence that balances a sense of ceremony with a warm ambience.
In terms of aesthetic design, the exterior features the European classic combination of red brick and black roofing, with the contours defined by undulating lines of white sandstone to set a stately, manor-like tone. Expansive modern floor-to-ceiling windows disrupt traditional enclosure, inviting natural light and garden vistas to offer a seamless and uninterrupted view. The interior takes muted warm beige as the main color, accented by crystal and metal, exuding refined elegance. The custom design language inspired by European typical acanthus leaf motifs runs through details like pool shapes and ceiling reliefs, forming a distinctive yet cohesive artistic expression.
As for spatial layout, the project includes a tea room, a calligraphy area, Chinese and Western dining rooms, two swimming pools, a wine cellar, and a wine making workshop, satisfying the needs of diverse living scenarios. Notably, the specially designed multifunctional hall in the basement can be flexibly transformed into a dance floor, reception area, or open-plan study, significantly enhancing spatial efficiency.
In addition, the project adheres to sustainable principles. An ecological water circulation system connecting fish ponds, lawns, and swimming pools works in tandem with a rainwater harvesting system to achieve resource regeneration. Well-chosen durable materials—like the moisture-proof, termite-resistant aluminum-core wood-imitation composite paired with the high-efficiency negative-pressure waterproof coating for basement use—prolong overall service life and facilitate easy maintenance; the application of locally sourced materials and recyclable building materials minimizes carbon footprint.
