The BLOSSOM TIME project targets high-net-worth families within the middle class, aiming to create a thriving and harmonious living space for three generations under one roof. Through a unified design language, it seamlessly connects public and residential areas, meticulously crafting every detail from the moment one enters the community to the journey home, reflecting a profound understanding of the lifestyle of high-net-worth families with utmost craftsmanship.
Strictly speaking, the design is not merely modern light luxury but innovates and evolves on this foundation. For instance, the extensive use of marble patterns in residences, particularly large-scale marble accent walls with intricate designs shimmering with flecks of gold, complements opulent crystal chandeliers, significantly enhancing the sense of luxury. Meanwhile, light gray marble flooring and brown wood elements subtly temper the overly ornate visual impact, achieving a perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. More importantly, this design strategy thoughtfully considers the aesthetic preferences and living experiences of different generations. In a multigenerational co-living context, it provides each generation with tailored comfort and a sense of belonging. Whether it’s the elders’ preference for traditional textures or the younger generation’s pursuit of modern aesthetics, this space offers fitting expressions for both, fulfilling emotional and functional needs.
Turning to the public areas, the organic integration of the lobby, fitness zone, bar, leisure area, and chess room creates flexible settings for private conversations and community activities. This all-age-friendly design ensures that members of different generations find their place in shared spaces. It subtly fosters interaction and emotional bonds among family and neighbors, truly realizing an ideal living environment that is “shared yet individualistic”.
