Tian Chen Shang Yuan

This project redefines the relationship between city, architecture, humans, and nature through the innovative "Fourth Generation Villa" standard, addressing resource inequality, spatial confinement, and ecological isolation in traditional urban villas.

1. Architectural Innovation: Pioneering circular 3D garden architecture

3D Courtyard Innovation: Featuring a layered terrace system, each unit boasts seven themed gardens (including ground, terrace, and rooftop). Most bedrooms connect to garden views, and each unit has void spaces, ensuring "a garden for every room, greenery on every level" for private family enjoyment of nature.

Spatial Equity: All family members benefit from comfortable suite designs. The "Super Mid-Level Duplex" in Tian Chen Shang Yuan offers seven gardens and spacious layouts, surpassing traditional designs.

Detached Innovation: Units are constructed as "detached BOX" structures, achieving detached and end-unit designs in stacked villas while enhancing ground-connection experiences for upper middle duplex units.

2. Landscape Hyper-Linking Activates The Urban Ecological Network

The project features a creative "Garden Hyper-Link" landscape system.

Garden Outer Link: Surrounding municipal parks are transformed into three garden landscapes: canyon garden, homegoing outer courts, and inner courts for seamless living transitions.

Garden Inner Link: The community boasts seven themed landscapes, including a floating island water courtyard and a moss garden. The floating island water courtyard is the primary social space with mirror-like water features and cozy ambiance.

Garden Private Link: Each building is a garden island, with private family gardens as key landscape elements.

Tian Chen Shang Yuan is a garden island gift to the city.
