The surrounding area is rich in business, administrative, and cultural atmosphere, making it a comprehensive building complex that integrates hotel, apartments, offices, administrative service centers, and commercial facilities.

The interior design of the hotel includes spaces such as the lobby, all-day dining restaurant, private dining rooms, banquet and conference areas, entertainment rooms, and guest rooms. The design integrates Shaoxing's natural landscapes with its cultural heritage, adopting the design concept of "Crossing the Misty Bridge to Gather Lotus, Watching Egrets in Mei Valley." It distills Shaoxing elements such as "New Rain over Mirror Lake, Moonlit Boating Songs," "Ten Miles of Lotus Ponds, Egrets Flying over Mei Pavilion," and "Mottled Black Tiles, Fragrant Wine Alleys" into various functional areas of the interior, aiming to create a modern hotel that reflects Shaoxing culture and inherits historical traditions. The hotel serves as a vessel for culture.
