The Far East Submarine Cable · Azure Light Smart Hall

The Far East Submarine Cable · Deep Blue Ray Smart Hall, located in Rudong, Nantong, spans 580 m² and serves as the flagship exhibition space for Far East Holding Group’s undersea-cable operations in the region. Inspired by “light,” the design distills four luminous metaphors: the light of hope within, the beacon light of setting sail, the exploratory light beneath the deep blue, and the resolute light of a starlit sky—each narrating Far East’s journey in answering the nation’s maritime strategy and driving technological breakthroughs. Marine motifs are woven throughout; most striking is the undulating wave-form ceiling. In the immersive screening room that simulates subsea-cable laying, visitors are transported to the ocean floor to witness the awe-inspiring power of China’s heavy engineering prowess.
