It empowers intelligent inspection, data collection, and AI inference at the edge.
With 12th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 processors, W109U offers desktop-grade performance for data-intensive and visual computing tasks. Its multi-sided thermal ventilation enables stable operation in extreme temperatures (-20℃ to 60℃), making it reliable for demanding environments like dusty sites, high-heat zones, or remote fields.
W109U pioneers a dual hot-swappable architecture for both RAM and SSD. Users can easily upgrade up to 48 GB DDR4 RAM and 2 TB SSD storage without disassembling the device. This tool-free tray mechanism accelerates maintenance, meeting the needs of AI deployment, HD video caching, and edge database processing.
The integrated handle, 180° adjustable stand, and multi-position screw holes offer universal support for handheld use, hanging, or mounting. Built to industrial-grade rugged standards, the housing is waterproof, dustproof, and shock-resistant, ensuring endurance in tough operational conditions.
The W109U includes an 8300mAh removable main battery and a 300mAh backup battery that supports seamless hot-swapping. The AI power control system dynamically optimizes power usage based on workloads, prolonging battery life and minimizing downtime—ideal for extended field operations.
W109U supports customized integration of barcode scanners, RFID (HF/UHF), fingerprint readers, national ID modules, and globally-compatible 5G communications. Open interfaces and mold-customizable housing support adaptation across sectors.
