The foot arch, as a natural shock absorber for the human body, disperses impact forces during walking or exercise to protect the foot and lower limb joints. However, kids with fallen arches fail to provide sufficient arch support, making it difficult to effectively absorb shock during physical activities. This can lead to increased fatigue and discomfort and, over time, may cause abnormal development of the lower limb bones or postural imbalance. ANTA ARCH PRO aims to offer kids with fallen arches an effective foot support solution across all scenarios from daily walking to frequent exercise.
ANTA ARCH PRO innovatively introduces an auxetic material into the footwear and apparel industry, providing a new arch support mode for kids with fallen arches. The material with a unique grid structure makes adaptive adjustments based on impact frequency: under low-frequency impacts (like walking), it expands in both transverse and longitudinal directions, delivering a soft feel and excellent shock absorption for relaxed comfort; during high-frequency impacts (like running), it restricts expansion in both directions to offer firm and resilient support, enhancing dynamic support performance by 37% to effectively prevent arch collapse or overpronation.
The optimized arch bridge-like 3D structure precisely fits the foot arch, while its fractal ratio (referring to the ratio of the medial side to the lateral side) and height are respectively increased by 26% and 20% for balanced support and reduced fatigue. The upgraded outsole balances support, propulsion, and smoothness: a precisely tuned heel-to-toe drop facilitates rapid response; the increased heel curvature ensures a smooth weight shift; medial arch fitting technology delivers natural support. In addition, toe-flex technology equips the forefoot area with transverse curves and longitudinal grooves to improve flexibility by 22% for natural, efficient force application akin to the bare foot.
