Haerbin Huilong Group·PEAK ONE

The project is located in Harbin, China, known as the "Little Paris of the East". The design takes "artistic+ornamental" as an important entry point. To better present the effect, the landscape design is based on the concept of "Flowing Clouds Weaving Brocade Dream Ice City", integrating the artistic taste of the Louvre Museum in Paris and the ice crystal elements of Harbin. Three wonderful nodes, " the Paris of the East ", "Flowing Clouds Brocade Ladder", and "Ice Crystal Tree Courtyard", are presented in the first opening area. Flowing Clouds Brocade Ladder is one of the few outdoor off-axis rotating staircases in China. After complex and tedious mechanical calculations, the staircase not only uses the lightest structure to bear the load-bearing problems caused by off-axis, but also makes the staircase shape more design oriented. The handrails of the stairs also use rare off-axis multi curved handrails, and the light slots of the handrails gradually change with the angle of the stairs to achieve a good lighting effect. The "Ice Crystal Tree Courtyard" only used 744 diamond shaped stainless steel pieces, which were precisely aligned to achieve the most uniform effect. Irregular light-emitting holes have also been added to the stainless steel plate, and the light varies with the viewing angle, presenting diverse changes in light perception.
