This case is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing. As a series of works by Poly Development Holdings in Beijing's "Tian" character series, it adheres to the selection criteria of "scarce urban natural resources" and creates an art community that is "natural, beautiful and luxurious". This is the second Tianjun series work after the Haidian Yongfeng Jiahua Tianjun Humanistic Shanghai style Luxury Residence, which iteratively leads to a new height in Beijing's human settlement. Under the aesthetic of living by the water, a grand canal that runs through the north and south, winding and majestic, lays the core of the humanistic temperament of the entire project. The designer extracts the inclusiveness and diversity of Shanghai style culture, combined with the "warm and jade like" project temperament of the Tianjun project, and uses modern design techniques to deconstruct and integrate Eastern art into contemporary space, creating a unique style that combines quality tone and individuality.
