China State Construction Yue Lu · Guan Di is located north of Chaobai River National Wetland Park in Baodi District, Tianjin, surrounded by abundant natural scenery and convenient transportation. Drawing inspi-ration from oriental aesthetics and guided by modernist craftsmanship, it presents Baodi with a landmark residence that embodies “Song-dynasty grace and timeless ritual.”
Along the community’s central axis, a ceremonial spine unfolds as a sequence of courtyards: the first layer offers an arrival forecourt; the second, a landscaped water garden; and the third, a scenic club-house. This layered, rhythmic arrangement creates a profoundly ritual-istic spatial experience.
The architectural form echoes the meandering Chaobai River and its soaring birds, translating these natural contours into abstract lines. Façade details inherit classical oriental motifs, reinterpreted through contemporary precision to engrave scenes of scholarly life—luxury re-strained, suffused with everyday warmth—resulting in spaces that breathe both elegance and livability.
