Bund Medieval-Style Integrated Experience Space

Located at Shanghai’s Bund Origin, BU CLUB integrates historical architecture with modern commercial functions, embedding knightly spirit and the “BU Style” ethos. The design blends multiple cultural styles—including medieval castles, Byzantine, Italian clubs, British museums, and ceremonial churches—creating an immersive cultural journey from entrance to terrace. The layout ensures smooth circulation, while materials and craftsmanship balance aesthetics, durability, and sustainability, seamlessly combining heritage and contemporary experience.
The design reinterprets BU culture through a “future-present-past” lens, merging classical elements with modern techniques to create a unique spatial language. The knightly spirit runs throughout the club, with six themed private rooms deconstructing historical symbols—reviving medieval ruins, British museums, Italian aristocracy, and ceremonial churches.
