The palette extracts the intense red of the city bloom—the coral-tree flower—pairs it with cool metallic silver-grey and the deep green of marble, creating a striking visual collision. The existing glass curtain wall is maximized for daylighting and natural ventilation, cutting reliance on artificial lighting. In the lofty lobby, ordered luminaires cascade like blossoming light, playing off metallic fins; silver chill meets red heat while green marble walls exhale subtle vitality. Flowing geometry carves rhythmic order, welding crisp metal lines with bold color to animate an efficient workplace.
The business center revolves around “vibrant interaction & efficient reception.” An orange-yellow tone centers on a circular bar, dissolving rigid front-desk protocol and lifting both efficiency and visitor experience.
