Soft Dusk

Sunlight filters gently through the floor-to-ceiling windows, gliding across curved ceilings and wooden grilles, diffusing layers of warmth that resemble the tender hues of dusk. The design takes its name from the words “dusk, subtlety, and translucence,” symbolizing a life rhythm that has softened—where brilliance gives way to quiet grace, like twilight gradually folding its edges.
The palette, grounded in pastel yellow and earthy tones, is paired with soft curves that dissolve the heaviness of natural wood, creating a sense of lightness and harmony. The ceiling beams are wrapped in curved forms with indirect lighting, visually extending the height and infusing the space with openness and serenity. The study is enclosed by a curved glass partition, maintaining transparency while carving out a tranquil retreat within layers of shifting light and shadow. There are no sharp edges or sense of pressure, only the slow rhythm of daylight flowing through space, warming the interior and quieting the heart.
