It ensures safety, full-process traceability, and cost-effectiveness for medical institutions through intelligent, data-driven lifecycle control.
Equipped with advanced automatic data collection and processing capabilities, the platform utilizes RFID and QR code identification to enable real-time tracking of inventory status, movement, usage history, and environmental data such as temperature and humidity. It supports detailed monitoring from central warehouses to clinical departments, even at the individual item level. Built on a modular, cloud-collaborative architecture, the system offers strong scalability and adaptability, allowing users to easily configure it for various medical hose types and management standards. Seamless integration with hospital systems such as HIS and ERP further supports efficient deployment and interoperability.
At its core, the platform leverages intelligent data analytics to provide proactive early warning and process optimization. A high-performance analytics engine performs real-time processing and predictive modeling on massive datasets. When detecting risks—such as overstock, near-expiry items, abnormal usage, or deviations in storage conditions—the system automatically triggers multi-level collaborative responses. These include real-time alerts, replenishment recommendations, layout optimization, and anomaly locking, forming a closed-loop management cycle that enhances safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Operationally, the platform runs on a “device–cloud collaboration” model, linking edge sensing devices (smart cabinets, scanning terminals) with a centralized analysis hub. This establishes a continuous intelligent loop of “collection – synchronization – analysis – decision-making – intervention.” Through dynamic feedback between on-site data and cloud-based intelligence, the system drives collaborative responses across inventory, procurement, and clinical teams, creating a proactive, refined management ecosystem that continuously evolves toward higher efficiency and reliability.
