Localized Simulation Training for Complex Orthopedic Devices optimizes the digital functionality of each operating room to its fullest potential. Its digital operating rooms enable a wide range of functions, including information integration, data sharing, business integration, video routing, surgical recording and storage, surgical teaching, equipment management, and surgical timing. Relying on standardized digital operation and management processes, the system facilitates daily use and management by medical staff while effectively improving the overall efficiency of the surgical department.
The system allows users to automatically acquire or manually enter patient and medical staff information. It can automatically generate and display the daily surgical schedule through an intuitive modular or card-based interface. Supporting HL7 and DICOM protocols, it integrates seamlessly with hospital information systems such as HIS, LIS, PACS, and EMR to extract patients’ relevant medical records and reports. The system also includes functions for surgical safety checklists, intraoperative progress records, and postoperative medical orders, supporting handwritten signatures from surgeons, assistants, and anesthesiologists, with preview and printing capabilities.
Equipped with a video routing module featuring six inputs and two outputs, the system allows flexible switching among display modes including single-screen, multi-screen, and picture-in-picture. It records comprehensive information throughout the surgical process—covering equipment images, camera feeds, and workstation data—while simultaneously handling up to six single-screen and one combined-screen recording tasks. Users can display, annotate, play, and download stored videos and screenshots, and the platform supports high-definition surgical live streaming with customizable teaching layouts.
In terms of equipment and time management, users can record and retrieve detailed information about operating room equipment and maintenance. Standard surgical timing tools include count-up and count-down timers with audio or visual alerts, as well as background music playback with playlist control. Finally, the system automatically generates postoperative record forms and supports the entry and querying of related equipment information, creating an integrated, intelligent, and efficient digital environment for modern surgical practice.
