The Poly India project in Meilong bridges Shanghai and Milan's artistic heritage across borders. Rooted in Shanghai's cultural DNA, it transcends European-style replication by blending the city's refined sophistication with Italian estate aesthetics, crafting a distinctive living space that redefines urban luxury.
The project embodies the essence of "refinement, sophistication, and abundance," featuring multiple landscape zones. The gilded entrance hall creates an Italian-inspired homeward atmosphere through metallic artistry, column designs, and water sculptures. The Waterside Flower Courtyard achieves three-dimensional aesthetics with sunken gardens and floating platforms. Connecting corridors link scenic nodes, while columns and facing walls create artistic counterpoint spaces. The Tea Lounge Garden features symmetrical layouts, water feature lawns, and floral borders to craft a perfect spot for leisurely afternoon tea. The Homecoming Area blends formal ceremonial elements with relaxed ambiance through natural green islands and ceremonial entrance walls.
