Zhongjiao · Huhai Yunlu is situated on the shores of Huhai Tang in Jinhua. Guided by the concept of "the lake and sea as a mirror, the cloud retreat as its heart," the project blends natural poetry, Eastern cultural heritage, and modern simplicity to redefine urban living.
The 230 downstairs show unit embodies a "Modern Oriental" design approach, using materials, light, and circulation to craft a soothing space that reflects cultural identity while meeting the pace of contemporary life. The contrast between stone and metal introduces a sense of sleek luxury, while the warmth of wood and lattice screens softly balances the overall texture, achieving a harmonious blend of strength and delicacy.
Local Jinhua weaving craftsmanship inspires the floor patterns and partition screens, embedding regional character into modern construction. The headboard incorporates a contemporary reinterpretation of the screen motif, with a hard-backed feature wall unfolding like a three-dimensional painting that expands the visual field. A fluid circulation path connects the sleeping area and study, allowing seamless transition between privacy and openness while enhancing functional efficiency and rhythmic flow.
