Garden Within

This project encompasses the interior design of Tao Zhu Yin Yuan, a Taipei landmark. Centered on residential luxury, the design transforms dwelling into perceptible sanctuary, manifesting spiritual evolution of living. Tracing the tower's spiral form, the layout orchestrates refracted light and fluid arrangements to perpetuate architectural rhythm. Premium materials and refined craftsmanship integrate with precision, revealing spatial depth and cultural resonance. The design embodies mutual prosperity between humanity and architecture, harmonious coexistence with nature—affirming its standing as an international paradigm.
Anchored by the philosophy that "the garden is an extension of the spirit," the design synthesizes architect Vincent Callebaut's vertical garden principles with Tao Zhu Gong's Eastern wisdom, manifesting a contemporary luxury residence where artistic refinement, craftsmanship, and natural symbiosis converge. Public and private zones flow flexibly, interconnected through movable furnishings and automated doors. Light, shadow, and landscape interweave throughout. The design cultivates a realm where inhabitants explore, perceive, and extend spiritual consciousness—elevating the residence into a personal sanctuary of spirit.
The interior draws its framework from the rotating tower's spiral curves and vertical garden's cascading rhythm, composing a fluid yet layered spatial narrative. The entrance foyer, corridors, and principal living areas echo the building's curved proportions, allowing sight lines to extend toward the panoramic terrace where interior and exterior engage in luminous dialogue. The spatial forms embody sculptural grace—both dynamic and serene—as curves orchestrate daily movement, inviting inhabitants to experience architectural cadence through their journey, transforming dwelling into a voyage through space.
The design orchestrates life around inhabitant rhythms, where public and private zones articulate distinct roles yet flow in flexible continuity. The entrance unfolds dual purposes of reception and communion, while gallery dining, living, and tea rooms compose multilayered domains accommodating diverse social choreographies. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and dressing rooms cultivate comfort and intimacy, with figure-eight bathroom layout extending panoramic horizons. Movable furnishings and automated doors allow spatial metamorphosis, distilling convenience, comfort, and ceremonial grace—elevating luxury dwelling to ultimate expression.
