Shenzhen Wanfeng Coastal City Han Mansion

Project is located in Shajing Street, Baoan, Shenzhen. It’s bordered by the main urban road, Shajing South Ring Road to the south, Wanfeng Park to the north, and Shiyan Canal Park to the southwest, enjoying superior landscape resources.
The planning continues the urban development concept of Coastal City, forming a complete community with rich functional amenities in conjunction with the already developed area to the west. Relying on the surrounding urban park landscapes, the project aims to create a vibrant community where nature and urban life are perfectly integrated;
The project comprises six residential towers and one kindergarten. By reducing the number of buildings, with a point-block layout, the design maximizes the distance between towers, creating expansive visual corridors that mitigate the sense of density typically found in urban centers. The towers are arranged in a 45-degree diagonal stagger, optimizing residential orientations while maximizing views of Shiyan Canal and Wanfeng Park. This layout enhances visual engagement with natural landscapes, creating a home environment that feels fully integrated into the surrounding parks. The building heights rise progressively from 160 to 180 meters from south to north, outlining a rhythmic skyline that blends nature and urbanity, serving as an excellent urban calling card.
The facade embraces a modern architectural style reminiscent of public buildings, striving for ultimate flatness and featuring horizontal lines as the primary rhythm. The main facade combines crystal gray glass with off-white stone and aluminum panels, creating a striking contrast between solid and void. This interplay of materials results in a delicate and lightweight visual effect that shifts with the light and shadow, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. Through the interplay of building volumes and meticulous detailing of the refuge floors and tower crowns, the architecture exudes a sense of slender sculptural elegance while maintaining a refined aesthetic.
As the concluding masterpiece of the Wanfeng Coastal CityⅠ, this project transcends mere architecture. It is a work of art that embodies the aesthetic spirit of the times, continuing the modern, understated luxury aesthetic of Coastal City and infusing the region with a renewed sense of vitality.
