Located in Huadu District, Guangzhou—a dynamic hub in the northern Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area—this project transcends the traditional sales center function to serve as a pioneering exhibition area showcasing the region’s future lifestyle. Rooted in the theme “Urban Blossoms,” the design draws inspiration from Huadu’s cultural and natural heritage, abstracting the imagery of blooming flowers into a core design IP. It aims to create a lifestyle aesthetics pavilion that blends local identity with international sophistication, connecting urban life with vacation, and the present with the future.
The aesthetic approach fuses urban light luxury with Art Deco elegance. Off-white stone, dark wood veneer, and refined metallic accents form an understated yet graceful palette, while symmetrical compositions, radial lines, and stepped geometries echo Art Deco’s timeless charm. Through exquisite craftsmanship and material detailing, the space achieves a modern yet classic artistic ambience.
A key highlight is the rotating art staircase, “Curve of Blossoms,” serving as the visual centerpiece. Its dynamic form was realized through cross-disciplinary collaboration, BIM clash detection, and 3D simulation, ensuring both aesthetic precision and construction efficiency.
Programmatically, the design redefines spatial function through the vision of an “urban vacation” lifestyle. It seamlessly integrates VIP rooms, negotiation areas, children’s play zones, and a private dining area, offering a relaxed yet engaging environment that envisions future community interactions. Responding to limited external landscape resources, the interior adopts a strategy of “internal landscaping and external attraction,” enhanced by double-height spaces and transparent façades that draw natural light and visual connection to the city.
Sustainability principles guide the entire process—from FSC-certified wood and low-VOC finishes to sensor-controlled LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC systems—reducing carbon footprint while ensuring indoor air quality.
As a scenario-based lifestyle aesthetics pavilion, the project promotes community engagement, sustainable living, and shared cultural identity—achieving harmony between commercial value and social responsibility.
