vivo’s first image art space in Central China is located at Wuhan’s iconic Chu River and Han Street. Moving beyond the traditional retail model, it seamlessly combines cultural transmission with immersive imaging experiences, serving as a key physical platform for vivo’s upgraded imaging strategy.
The design takes “Imprints of the River City” as its core concept. Drawing inspiration from the flows of the Han River, the façade of the building adopts fluid, wave principles that echo Wuhan’s unique geography and symbolize vivo’s continuous exploration in the field of imaging. The use of vivo’s signature blue, combined with a double-curved iridescent glass curtain wall, creates a rippling visual effect that shifts with light and shadow, which not only accentuates the fluid beauty of water but also reflects the brand’s technological and fashion attribute.
vivo Image Art Space is divided into three functional zones. The ground floor is a sales and experience zone, with carefully designed circulation and exhibition layouts to immerse visitors in vivo’s latest imaging technologies. In “nightscape installation and micro-ecosystem display,” visitors can capture dazzling starry-night scenes and try animal macro photography. The second floor is an exhibition and learning zone, regularly hosting exhibitions of master photographers’ works and community salons to construct a platform of cultural exchanges. The third floor is an imaging experience and service zone, offering services such as ultra-HD portraits, four-frame personal portraits, artistic portraits, IP-themed photo check-ins, and the customization of peripheral products and souvenirs, allowing every visitor to take home a personally meaningful visual memory.
Using smartphone imaging as its medium, the space turns everyday moments into tangible memories. It realizes vivo’s vision of enabling everyone to become a creator, while reinforcing the brand’s cultural presence and influence in the field of imaging.
