Inspired by the concept of “using flowers as vessels to carry the beauty of a flourishing era,” this series draws from the peony, an emblem of Eastern opulence whose layered petals, shifting light, and full-bodied energy inform the design language. The designer fuses the serene structure of Song dynasty artifacts, the realism of Western light and shadow, and contemporary scientific aesthetics to create a skincare ritual that bridges classical and modern refinement. From the bottle design to the outer packaging and overall visual system, the series expresses the themes of “blooming, continuity, and elegance,” immersing users in the feeling of being gently surrounded by a blossoming garden.
The series constructs a unified visual system through the integration of “peony motifs, Ru ware aesthetics, and contemporary illumination.” Petal-shaped bottles, rouge-red glaze tones, and silver ingot–patterned windowed packaging collectively form a cohesive design. Each item within the collection is shaped by refined petal silhouettes, giving the bottles a sculptural presence when displayed. The outer box features Giuseppe Castiglione’s peony paintings and continuous silver ingot patterns, symbolizing prosperity and longevity. Emphasizing the trilogy of “scientific research, botanical power, and Eastern artifacts,” the series elevates skincare into an elegant ritual while enhancing collectability, durability, and brand recognition.
