UNI-CONSTRUCTION RU YUAN

The project adopts the logic of a “comprehensive living ecosystem,” transforming the residence into an ideal lifestyle proposal for urban elites. The space is functionally divided into a bedroom as a lazy prelude, a dining room as a variation of daily life, a living room as the main stage of atmosphere, a private dining area as an elegant interlude, and a fitness zone as a vibrant finale. These areas are nested within each other, forming a complete sequence of scenes from morning light to starlight, from solitude to entertaining guests.
The living room is laid out with a modern base of beige, light gray, and wood tones. An L-shaped fabric sofa and a wooden coffee table form the visual core, complemented by green plants, books, and plain white sculptures, blending artistic charm into daily relaxation. The adjacent dining area centers around a circular table, with dark gray chairs and a mesh screen defining the zone while maintaining an open view. Metal candle-holders, planters, and a warm-lit wine cabinet enhance the dining ritual, subtly revealing the poetry behind urban bustle.
On the second floor, the master bedroom creates a tranquil atmosphere with light gray and beige tones. A soft headboard and symmetrical lamps reinforce comfort, while a reading nook with a single armchair and abstract art incorporates natural vitality. The secondary bedroom uses warm pink tones and woven textured soft padding to craft a healing space, where geometric pillows and plush toys balance artistry and playfulness. The private dining area features a long table paired with candle-holders and a custom wine cabinet, curating an intimate gathering scene. The fitness zone introduces greenery through glass partitions, with a Pilates reformer and elliptical machine engaging in a dialogue of strength and flexibility under natural light.
Through material contrasts, layered lighting, and functional integration, the design engraves ideal living into every detail. The residence transcends its physical attributes to become fertile ground for self-discovery, social connection, and legacy over the next decade.
