This landscape design reinterprets the refined spirit of Haipai culture through a contemporary lens, shaping a living environment that blends ceremony, artistry, and natural comfort. Guided by the concept of “Rising Tides & Surging Clouds,” the landscape establishes a clear narrative that transitions from a dignified homecoming sequence to an elegant social courtyard and finally to calming neighborhood gardens.
The arrival experience emphasizes a strong residential sense of ritual. A hotel-style drop-off zone leads into a bespoke entrance lobby defined by jade-like stone, dark metal accents, and soft lighting. Waterfall feature walls and bronze-gold details create a quiet and prestigious transition, making the journey home both ceremonial and emotionally comforting.
At the heart of the community, the central landscape courtyard serves as a social and artistic hub. Layered water features, sunken lounges, and wave-inspired platforms form a multi-dimensional spatial experience. This area encourages daily social interaction, outdoor gatherings, casual art appreciation, and moments of relaxation. A semi-outdoor gallery with lounge seating further enhances the livable atmosphere, offering a shaded retreat for residents.
The all-ages activity zone brings vitality and playfulness to the community. Inspired by the imagery of ocean waves, it integrates undulating terrain, a children’s sand play area, and water-themed installations.
