It responds with stochastic (randomized) movements and feedback, simulating the unpredictability of a real living creature. Colucat offers the emotional connection of a pet without the burden of maintenance or hygiene issues, serving as a hygienic, stress-relieving therapeutic terminal that bridges the gap between tactile comfort and intelligent emotional computing. Colucat adopts a minimalist geometric form to abstract the silhouette of a cat, eliminating complex fur textures to ensure it blends seamlessly into modern home aesthetics. The visual focus lies on the "sunglasses-style" digital face and the mechanical ear structure. These are not merely decorative but serve as dynamic information hubs: the screen conveys emotions and battery status through changing digital eye expressions, while the mechanical ears rotate in synchronization with the robot's "mood." During interaction, Colucat’s hands swing 20–30 degrees in sync with the eyes on its screen. Visual Hierarchy & Intuitive Interface:The UI design prioritizes extreme cognitive accessibility. The core interface features a circular progress bar that uses graduating shades of blue (from light to dark) to intuitively map the pet's three age stages. Meanwhile, the right-side function area establishes a figurative status feedback system: a heart-shaped arc pulses in real-time to reflect mood, while a food-shaped bar dynamically visualizes hunger levels. Through these intuitive visual metaphors, users can instantly and clearly perceive the pet's emotional and physical states at a glance. Visual Feedback System:The collection gallery employs an efficient binary visual language. Collected food icons are illuminated/highlighted, while uncollected ones appear as dark silhouettes. This clear contrast between "active" and "inactive" states effectively minimizes cognitive load for child users, allowing them to instantly recognize progress and enjoy a sense of achievement.
