This project centers around the innovative design of a residential building and its accompanying public spaces. At its heart, the concept embraces “deconstruction” as a distinctive design language, deliberately breaking away from traditional partitioning methods. In doing so, it invites a fresh perspective on how spaces interact and flow together. By integrating semi-transparent volumes, panel walls, and light-reflecting materials, the design not only reconfigures circulation paths but also establishes a dynamic rhythm that encourages moments of pause and reflection. The facade of the building captivates attention with its high-contrast black-and-white lines, which create an intriguing geometric weave effect. Remarkably, this pattern extends into the interior, fostering a sense of both transparency and psychological security. Inside, the environment is grounded in a neutral color palette, which is thoughtfully accented by vibrant red walls and mustard-yellow furnishings. These striking elements not only serve as visual focal points but also enhance brand recognition, infusing the space with energy and warmth. Ultimately, the entire building, along with its public spaces, exudes a harmonious blend of modern beauty and comfort, ensuring that it remains both engaging and inviting for all who enter.
The building’s exterior showcases a striking minimalistic palette of black, white, and gray. Dark façades elegantly frame a rhythmic interplay of white lines, forming a geometric grid that emphasizes the structure’s impressive verticality. Upon entering, visitors are immediately greeted by an interior that continues this theme of deconstructed design. Open layouts thoughtfully define functional zones, mirroring the fluid dynamics and varying pauses of daily life. In the entrance lobby, a seamless blend of minimalist tones and vibrant accents captures attention. Light-colored flooring, combined with reflective mirrored ceilings, fosters a bright and expansive atmosphere, inviting occupants to explore further. A distinctive red brick lattice wall serves as a lightweight partition, skillfully guiding circulation through communal areas while maintaining an open feel.
