The project is closely located to mountains and rivers with rich ecological resources around, suitable for children and the elderly to live. Therefore, the target clients of the project are people over the ages of 40, mainly the standard urban middle class,as well as investors and self-occupied clients in the urban area of Changsha.



Source:Called “Hometown of Qu Yuan and Jia Yi”, “Famous City of Chu and Han Dynasty”, Changsha is known as “Star City” whose name and city site have never been changed during three thousand years. It has historical sites such as the Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tomb, bamboo slips of Kingdom Wu, and Yuelu Academy, and forms HuXiang Culture of “practical statecraft and inclusive understanding”. In ancient Yue language, “chang” means altar and “sha” means “goddess”, thus “Changsha” means “a place to worship the goddess”.



Since the Qin Dynasty, civilization is at the height of its heyday in the Song Dynasty.The civilization in Tang and Song dynasties has an unsurpassable height. It is in this period that it appears “Confucianism of Tang, Song, and Ming Dynasties” affecting the later ages, and that it fosters many famous poets like Li Bai, Du Fu and Bai Juyi, making Tang Poetry become an insurmountable peak in Chinese ancient poetry. And in the Song Dynasty, civilization is further prosperous with all fields fruitful and famous throughout the ages, making excellent contributions to human beings. In the project, based on HuXiang Culture and Tang and Song culture, designers intelligently integrate the prosperity of “The Great Kaiyuan Period” and the light-hearted life in Song Lyrics into the design.Regard the passing time as an artistic practice. Thousands of years have created elegant, cool, and delicate art. All these artistic factors blend in space through artistic decoration, bringing spaces different colors of civilization.
