Mingbang One Park

Guided by the core concept of “Artistic Excellence · Luxurious Elegance,” the design infuses an artistic spirit into the spatial experience and transforms luxury from mere visual expression into a refined, immersive daily ritual. Through the orchestration of premium materials, subtle light, and flowing lines, the project creates a timeless living environment that nurtures both the body and the mind.
Inspired by the integration of art, luxury, nature, and elegance, the space is composed through a balance of contrast and harmony. Deep green ceramics reminiscent of traditional glaze textures, fluid resin surfaces, and gold-leaf lighting elements are woven together within a rhythmic system of arches and quinary spatial sequences, establishing a ceremonial yet serene atmosphere in which the poetry of Huizhou culture is reinterpreted in a contemporary language.
Curves serve as the dominant spatial grammar, guiding movement and shaping a fluid sequence of experiences. The entrance lobby presents a powerful first impression through the contrast of red and white stone and a sense of ordered composition. Under continuous arched frameworks, the display and negotiation areas are defined by soft, even lighting and translucent artistic installations, balancing solemnity with comfort. The pool area, with its undulating ceiling, integrated greenery, and gentle illumination, evokes a tranquil, dreamlike retreat, while the gym introduces natural light beneath a domed arch to merge physical vitality with artistic expression. Together, these spaces form a coherent narrative that unites art, luxury, and nature.
The project addresses three key challenges: the contemporary reinterpretation of Huizhou cultural context, achieved by abstracting elements such as arches and jade-like textures into modern materials; the realization of complex spatial sequences and customized craftsmanship, including curved structures and special finishes; and the seamless integration of natural atmosphere between interior and exterior through light, translucency, and greenery.
Sustainability is approached from environmental, cultural, and social dimensions. Natural, durable, and low-VOC materials, generous openings, and planted areas enhance the indoor microclimate. Timeless materials that age gracefully support cultural continuity, while the space is conceived as a long-term social platform that fosters community, shared experience, and lasting value.
