Zhaoque Old Street Historical and Cultural Tourist Area

The core area of the project is located in the historical and cultural axis of Qixian County (ancient Chaoge), with a main street length of more than 500 meters and a total area of more than 50,000 square meters. The principle of preservation of traditional buildings in the historic district as before, while incorporating new era and dynamic elements into the planning, landscape design and business implantation. Achieve the design concept of "Chaoge is not old, and the old street is always new".
Cultural characteristics and theme positioning: The block takes "the ancient capital of the gods, the poetry of the country" as the cultural soul, relying on the 3,000-year historical heritage of Chaoge as the imperial capital of the Shang Dynasty and the capital of the Weiguo state, and deeply excavates the myth of the "Fengshen Bang" and the Weifeng culture of the "Book of Songs".
Architectural style: Adhering to the principle of "repairing the old as the old", it retains the gray tiles, stone roads, old wells and ancient locust trees in the style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and reproduces the historical texture of "old soap horns and old begonias like ink balls" to create an immersive nostalgic atmosphere.
Business layout: Cultural formats account for more than 40% of the block. We have introduced cultural experience points such as intangible cultural heritage displays, old bookstores, and traditional theaters, and combined with landmark specialties such as Qihe crucian carp, silk-wrapped duck eggs, and seedless dates, to build a compound leisure block integrating "sightseeking, catering, shopping and entertainment".

Through the use of energy-saving lighting (such as red lantern night scene) and low-carbon environmental protection facilities, it not only lights up the night economy of "Chaoge Night String", but also ensures green consumption and sustainable development, so that "the old street is not old, and the Chaoge is always new".
