Yin Rong Manor

This project, relying on favorable site conditions, aims to create a low-density, high-quality pure residential community. The planning com-bines Western-style landscape order with traditional low-density lay-outs. The main axis and primary landscape rings create a strong sense of ceremony and a welcoming sequence, while the building clusters use small-scale enclosures to form intimate neighborhood interaction spac-es.
The architectural design adopts the English Georgian style and French Romantic style, highlighting the aesthetics and texture of the buildings through classical reproduction and meticulous detailing. At the same time, attention is given to the privacy and sense of territory of the units. Through carefully designed transitional spaces such as courtyards and terraces, the project creates a living space that gives residents a sense of belonging.
The landscape design is themed 'Watery Paths and Forest Trails, Man-sion Gardens,' fully considering the daily living needs of local residents. It organically integrates garden landscapes with architectural land-scapes, drawing on the layouts and elements of multiple classic Euro-pean gardens, and incorporates diverse activity scenes to create a high-end ideal residence that embodies nobility, elegance, tranquility, and ecology.
