This office design for Haorui International redefines traditional office spaces by creating a relaxed, nature-inspired environment that emphasizes comfort and openness. Located on the top floor of a 230-square-meter duplex, the space is surrounded by greenery, from evergreen plants to seasonal flowers, which infuse life and vitality into the workspace. The design eliminates the cold, rigid feel typical of corporate offices, offering instead a warm, inviting atmosphere where creativity and collaboration can flourish.
The reception area spans two levels with an open ceiling that connects the upper and lower floors, amplifying the spatial experience. At the heart of the reception area is a large floral installation, named "Growth," which symbolizes the company’s ethos of grounding itself while reaching new heights. This installation is not just a visual centerpiece but also serves as a metaphor for the company's philosophy: design that is rooted, yet full of dynamic energy.
The office space is designed for ease and comfort, with a focus on collaboration rather than confrontation. In the reception area, clients and staff engage in relaxed conversations rather than formal meetings, reinforcing the belief that strong business relationships are built through genuine connection. The design’s minimalist approach reflects a "less is more" philosophy, allowing space to breathe and providing a sense of serenity.
The integration of the Five Constant system—ensuring constant temperature, humidity, and oxygen—adds a layer of modern technology, making the work environment more comfortable and efficient. The private office area encourages teamwork and collaboration without the constraints of strict rules, and an open kitchen provides a casual space for informal gatherings. Additionally, a dedicated tea room offers a peaceful space for clients and visitors to relax and converse, further promoting the office’s home-like atmosphere.
Ultimately, this design is not just about creating a functional office but about shaping an ideal lifestyle where design serves to enhance comfort, creativity, and human connection.
